II. JOB DESCRIPTION

Implement the policy of “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC in the field of processing

III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Fulfillment of verbal and written orders of the executive within the time frame established, necessary for implementation of tasks;

·        Formation and implementation of unified technical policy and regulations of production activities among Company's organizations;

·        Formation and implementation of complex programs for hydrocarbon processing, ensuring the implementation;

·        Analyze and expertise the decisions on implementation of target programs, projects and product sharing agreements in terms of hydrocarbon processing;

·        Taking corrective actions in the area of responsibility (AOR) based on analysis and assessment of production efficiency activities among Company's organizations;

·        Setting goals and objectives, subsequently monitoring their implementation on all assets of the Company in AOR;

·        Analyzing mid-term and long-term development prospects of technical and technological re-equipment of the Company's organizations;

·        Formation of a production plan and loading it based on needs presented;

·        Improving management efficiency and reducing production costs on relevant organizations of the Company;

·        Development of current, mid-term and long-term forecasts, targeted scientific and technical programs in the field of hydrocarbon processing;

·        Technical regulation and coordination on the development activities of technical regulations for the assets of the Company;

·        Monitoring the condition of the equipment at the enterprises of the Company and developing the programs for modernization and technical re-equipment in the AOR;

·        Formation of a portfolio of orders (applications) for the materials and specialized assets;

·        Organization of centralized coordination of issues for uninterrupted operation of technological processes at subordinate organizations;

·        Formation of budgets in the area of responsibility;

·        Monitoring the implementation of measures to prepare industrial facilities for operating conditions in the autumn-winter period in the area of responsibility;

·        Management of activities within the competence of the Company, with the exception of matters attributed to the exclusive competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board of the Company, ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the Company;

·        Organization of decisions execution of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the supervisory board of the Company in the AOR;

·        Leadership skills within its competence in the development of programs and business plans for the development of the Company.

·        Preservation of information constituting a commercial secret of the Company, if responsibilities do not include the right to transfer such information to third parties;

·        Ensuring the preservation of information constituting an official or commercial secret by employees of the Company in supervised areas;

·        Ensuring maintenance of labor and technological discipline, compliance with social guarantees and labor protection of the Company's employees.

IV. QUALIFICATIONS

·        Higher education in the petrochemical, oil and gas fields outside the Republic of Uzbekistan;

·        Foreign passport;

·        Work experience in the oil and gas sector including the deep processing of hydrocarbons, including in leadership positions, at least 10 years outside the Republic of Uzbekistan;

·        Readiness for business trips, travel to the regions within the republic (several times in a month, 2-3 days);

·        Advanced PC user (office programs MS Office);

·        Knowledge of languages - English - advanced, writing and speaking, preferably – Russian and Uzbek.
